Welcome to Helsinki!
Note the carefully still-upright bottle of "Kossu". 11.30 am in the market square, the busiest tourist area of Helsinki. We checked he was OK, as did numerous other passers-by, so there is no "oh the poor marginalised and alienated! Left alone on society's fringes!" here. Rather he had had a wee drink and now was taking a kip in the sunshine. In a gutter. Literally.
